For help with configuration, service, installation, repair, or product returns, please call the QVidium Support Line at +1 858-792-6407.

If you need to send a product in for repair, please first call our Support Line to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Then download and complete this RMA form.
NOTE:You MUST return the completed RMA form WITH the product AND have a VALID RMA number.

QVidium Codec Management Software

This CodecManager software will identify and configure any QVidium MPEG2+4 Codecs on the same subnet. You need the following installer file:
QVidiumCodecManager-7.msi
