 These enhancements allow for sending low bitrate streams.  You can now 
 send 600 Kbps to 7.5 Mbps TS bitrate streams for 352x240 video or 2.5 
 Mbps to 7.5 Mbps TS bitrate streams for 720x480 video. Added more video
 resolutions 480x480 and 352x480.
